the little pinwheel crafty christmas wreath

Keely and I decided we would make a wreath to hang on our front door. We already have one of the green ones with all the trimmings, but this year we thought it would be nice to keep with our theme of being a bit different and make our own.

Over the weekend we got all our paints out, some craft paper, a piece of cardboard to make a stable back to hold our creation on and daddy to join in the fun. Keely painted her own hands to make handprints, which makes up our colourful wreath. She also painted our hands to place on the top and bottom of our wreath. We finished it off with a red and white ribbon.....very creative and a great activity for the little ones!
