writing a story

the race weekend started with coffee with my best friend
girl time {part of my support team}

an afternoon celebrating with my best friend

post race day and I come to a decision with a jump {do not ask me how those legs got in the air}

walking alone for a dream

feeling a little 6/10

An image tells a story. I need to be proud of how I did on the weekend. You all have no idea what has happened in my life in the past 3 months, and to accomplish what I did is huge. Yes, I wanted to be 10 minutes faster. So the lady that feels a little 6/10, needs to turn that around, jump in the air and believe in herself a whole lot more. I can be 10 minutes faster, I can only get better. If you believe, and train hard, then you can do anything.

This is the beginning. Not the end.

I made a decision, to not only be silly and jump in the air post race day, to run and not let anyone, or anything stop me from accomplishing my dreams. There is a whole lot more to this silly jump, and awesome decision. Life just got a whole lot better.

I am going without a few things in life, rolling with it, and following my dream to run.

*for two ladies, Tasha and Lucinda, you have won Nat's book, Fertilise Yourself. please email me at, I will send you your e-books. There were amazing, and inspirational comments. { was used}.

    What about declaring your ultimate goal/decision/dream to the universe right here and now? You seem to speak in riddles, but there's nothing like a little manifestation to give things a little kick along. You go girl.
